These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, account features, subscriptions, and online tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

We provide web development information and free/paid website analysis tools (SEO, accessibility, performance, security header checks, minify/beautify, and related utilities).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase a plan, and you must be authorised to submit any URLs or data you provide.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Plan limits (daily tool quotas, monthly audits, PDF export, Site Report, Search Console) apply as shown on the pricing page and in your account.
  • Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the terms communicated at purchase.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse quotas, automate our tools without permission, or violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

Use the tools only for lawful purposes and only on sites you own or are authorised to analyse. You must not:

  • Scan, attack, or probe third-party systems without permission;
  • Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content;
  • Bypass captchas, quotas, authentication, or security controls;
  • Overload or disrupt our infrastructure;
  • Present tool output as a certified audit, penetration test, or legal/compliance certificate.

5. Reports and disclaimers

Our tools provide automated, informational results and are not a substitute for professional advice, manual QA, penetration testing, WCAG certification, or legal counsel.

  • Scores and findings may be incomplete, outdated, or differ from other tools.
  • Security checks are passive and do not guarantee a site is secure.
  • Minifying CSS/JavaScript can rarely change behaviour; always test on staging before production.
  • Third-party data (PageSpeed, Chrome UX, Search Console on eligible plans) depends on those providers and may be unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, software, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited licence to process submitted URLs/data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you used only free features). Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the tools, breach of these Terms, or analysing sites without authorisation.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services

The site may link to or integrate third-party services (payment providers, Google APIs, captcha, analytics, hosting) which have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or outages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
